Irrigation Service
Annual service contracts:
Spring Start-up includes
Inspection of back-flow preventer
Pressurize and check for leaks
Trim around Valve boxes and Spray heads
Adjust sprinkler heads & controller
Mid-Season Check-up
Inspect for changes in system
Adjust heads & change controller run times for summer temps
Winterization
Turn water off
Drain any water remaining in copper
Pressurize system with Air
Run through each zone electronically or manually until all water is evacuated from system
Re-check back-flow for proper drainage and prep for winter
Note: Low-pressure, High CFM compressor is needed to effectivley winterize any sprinkler system.

Up-Grade controller & Rain Sensor In addition to your service contract, Daily Rain will install a Weather-based Smart Controller. It's not just a Rain Sensor anymore. You get on-site solar and temperature data that will determine watering requirements.
