“These people know what they are doing. I was moving back to a home that did not have its sprinklers turned on for 7 years. Derek came on time on a Friday morning and inspected my sprinkler system. He found an issue with the backflow preventer right away that could not let him diagnose the issue. As time was of the essence, I requested that the work be completed on Saturday. In spite of other emergencies, he was able to get his colleague Dennis to stop by on the same day to fix the backflow preventer and do an initial test. That technician came by the next morning with his colleague and fixed the rest of the system. There were leaks in pipes at 3 different areas unbeknownst to me that showed up after they fixed the valves in 4 zones.
